Rooted in Knoxville since day one
Knox Nutrition began with a simple conviction: that the people of Knoxville deserve access to truly nourishing food—food made with care, sourced with integrity, and sold in a space that feels like home.
Located on East Main Street, we've grown from a small corner shop into a community staple. Our bakery produces dozens of bread varieties every week, and our grocery floor carries over two hundred specialty products from local and regional producers.
Every product on our shelves earns its place. We taste, test, and build relationships with the people who grow and make what we sell—because food this good deserves a story behind it.
